My first experience was right before bed. I took one teaspoon and about 45 min. later, as I was laying in bed, I felt my body relax and I went right to sleep. I have taken one teaspoon each day before lunch. I feel overall better and relaxed for the rest of the day. I struggle with nerve pain due to spinal damage and taking this honey makes my stomach feel better and I feel relaxed and at ease all day. This is an unexpected pleasure.
